6.45pm - 7.45pm Tuesday

Interval training or hill training and running drills to improve technique. This is geared to various levels of fitness and everyone works at their own pace.

6.45pm - 7.45pm Thursday

Fitness training and circuit training, as a way of getting fit fairly quickly and is also geared to own pace.

Sunday

A small group of members normally meet on a Sunday morning (unless there are races to run), around 9am for a longer run, approximately 75 minutes and upwards. Due to the limited numbers interested, please let us know on a Thursday night if you are interested in running on the Sunday morning.

Advice can also be given on training all distances, diet and motivational psychology.
