6.30pm - 7.30pm Tuesday
Interval training or hill training and running drills to improve technique. This is geared to various levels of fitness and everyone works at their own pace.
6.30pm - 7.30pm Thursday
Fitness training and circuit training, as a way of getting fit fairly quickly and is also geared to own pace.
9.30am - 11.30am Sunday
Two circuits of running. One for younger members and people who want to run a shorter distance followed by a longer circuit for those who want to do more. The Sunday session is mainly at Carlton Park but occasionally we do trail running and races away from Carlton Park.
Please check the homepage to see any changes to the Sunday runs; eg, cancelled due to member participation in races, or a different starting point.
Advice can also be given on training all distances, diet and motivational psychology.
